Board member participation in committee meetings will be either by conference call or by attendance in person at the Bay WIB Administrative Office. Instructions have been forwarded to committee members utilizing conference calling. Board members and the public participating in committee meetings may attend at the WIB Administrative Office, 475 Main Street, Warsaw, VA.
